CEO
Shahar has 21 years of experience in global sales, marketing and business development. Before joining Tactile Mobility, he served as the CEO of HumanEyes Technologies, a VR company with over 70 patents in various 3D fields and Computer Vision.Prior to his tenure at HumanEyes, based in the US, he served as VP Sales & Business Development for Press-sense Inc., a provider of software solutions to the printing industry, VP Sales at Magink Display and CEO of CTV Tech. He began his career in the graphic arts industry as CEO and owner of Hemed Press, a large printing company in Jerusalem. Mr. Bin-Nun holds a B.A in Economics from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Executive Board Member
Rani Plaut is an angel investor and an executive chairman in companies creating or spearheading new categories, normally rooted in deep technological disruption. During the past few years he spends his time working closely with startups to fulfill their promise, using an “all in” immersive approach.
Until 2016 and for 15 years Rani was involved, as a business leader and technological innovator, in Pulsed Power Technology – based on the creation of extremely short and concentrated bursts of electrical energy, harnessed to create high power electromagnetic pulses and hydro-shockwaves. During this period, he led the world leader in magnetic pulse welding and later co-founded Bmax of the iPulse group, a $1.3B private venture, commercializing pulsed power based solutions for mining, oil, Aerospce and Automotive.
Rani specializes in Mathematics and Physics, mostly in the area of none linear physical effects.
Co-founder & CTO
Boaz is a veteran technologist and entrepreneur, holding over three decades of experience in signal processing, algorithm research, and system design in the automotive and networking industries. He also brings hands-on leadership skills as the co-founder and Director of Engineering at Charlotte’s Web Networks, a world-leading developer and marketer of high-speed networking equipment (acquired by MRV Communications), and as System Design Group Manager at Zoran Microelectronics (acquired by CSR).
Boaz holds an MSc and BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where he had served as a lecturer and continues to guide the next generation of technology innovators as a projects supervisor.
CFO
Ori brings over 10 years of financial experience working with multinational publicly traded companies and joined Tactile Mobility as a key role in the ongoing development of the company’s strategy.
In his previous position, Ori served as CFO of ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (NASDAQ: RWLK) for 4 years, and two years as the company’s corporate director and IT manager.
Prior to ReWalk, Ori served as a Corporate Controller at Oti, Ltd., a Nasdaq-listed developer and manufacturer of innovative contactless payment solutions for 3 years, and an Audit Manager at KMPG, where he worked with large scale NYSE publicly traded companies as well as smaller private companies within the Israeli Hi-tech sector.
Ori holds a BA in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
VP Product
Yagil is a highly experience technology and product leader, with over two decades in multiple industries. He was VP Products at Igentify, developers of novel genomic solutions, R&D Group Manager and Program Director at Lumenis, Program Director at Applied Spectral Imaging, and Program manager at Philips Healthcare (PHG).
Yagil holds an MBA from Haifa University, and a BSc in Computer Sciences from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
VP Business Development
Ido Tsalka is a seasoned Business Development and Product leader with over 20 years of experience in building and executing different business models and strategies across multiple industries and segments. Ido has a proven track record of defining and delivering large-scale projects in complex business environments.
Prior to joining Tactile Mobility, Ido held various leadership positions, including VP Business Development at eWaveMD, a provider of telemedicine solutions to rural areas; Director, Workflow Solutions at Highcon Systems; Professional Services Group Manager at Press-sense; and Head of Commercial Print Workflow Solutions at HP Indigo. Ido holds a B.A. in Computer Science & Business Management from IDC (Interdisciplinary Center) Herzliya.
VP Delivery
Rani brings over 20 years of experience in project management and product delivery across highly regulated industries including medical devices, consumer electronics, and automotive.
As VP of Delivery at Tactile Mobility, he orchestrates the entire lifecycle of cutting-edge technologies, from inception to seamless integration at client sites.
Before joining Tactile Mobility, Rani occupied pivotal roles where he spearheaded software and hardware programs, fostering direct collaboration with major clients from initial proof of concept to full-scale production. His tenure is marked by a consistent demonstration of adeptly leading cross-functional teams and steering pivotal programs to success. Rani holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, further complemented by a Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
VP of R&D
With over three decades of experience, Boaz serves as VP of R&D at Tactile Mobility, focusing on driving innovation. Before joining Tactile Mobility, Boaz held the position of VP of R&D at Check-Cap, a medical device company known for its development of a miniaturized X-RAY camera enclosed in a capsule for colon scanning. Prior to this, he served as an R&D manager at Orsan Medical Technologies, concentrating on advancing brain stroke monitoring technology. Additionally, he was the deputy VP of R&D at GI-View, contributing to the development of a single-use auto-maneuvering colonoscopy system. Earlier in his career, Boaz held roles at Scitex and Creo, including Hardware and Software Manager and Director in the Input Division. Boaz is a graduate of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
Human Resources Manager
Yaarit has been serving as Tactile Mobilitys Head of Human Resources since February 2018 and is responsible for Human Resources strategy and execution.
With over 15 years of experience in the HR domain, Yaarit brings to Tactile Mobility vast experience in recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, organizational development, cultural design and implementation. Her career spans from the software industry, through the Global Shipping industry onto Data and automotive.
Today, Yaarit leads Tactile Mobility’s Human Resources’ domain while shaping the employee experience, driving cultural transformation, building talent and leadership capabilities and change management processes. It is Yaarit’s mission to lead strategic HR initiatives in order to foster lasting organizational success. In addition, Yaarit is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and giving back to the community.
Yaarit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources as well as Human Resources Management & Development certificate from the Haifa University.
