Residing on one of the vehicle’s computers (ECUs)*, this embedded software module runs proprietary algorithms and AI to generate real-time actionable insights about the vehicle-road dynamics. It analyzes the signals aggregated from numerous non-visual sensors that already exist in the vehicle, including wheel speed, wheel angle, RPM, accelerometers, paddles position and more, to represent in real-time the physical factors that impact any ride.

Amit is a seasoned business leader with more than two decades of experience in multiple industries. He served in key roles that steered companies forward, including Head of Strategic Alliances for Better Place, a leading electric mobility service provider, Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, and Senior Business Development, Product Management, and Account Management Executive at ECTel (NASDAQ: ECTX) and FAST Search and Transfer (acquired by Microsoft).
Amit holds an MBA from Cornell University, where he also served as a Principal at BR Ventures, Cornell University’s venture capital firm, and a BSc in Computer Sciences and Industrial Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Founder & CTO
Boaz is a veteran technologist and entrepreneur, holding over three decades of experience in signal processing, algorithm research, and system design in the automotive and networking industries. He also brings hands-on leadership skills as the co-founder and Director of Engineering at Charlotte’s Web Networks, a world-leading developer and marketer of high-speed networking equipment (acquired by MRV Communications), and as System Design Group Manager at Zoran Microelectronics (acquired by CSR).
Boaz holds an MSc and BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where he had served as a lecturer and continues to guide the next generation of technology innovators as a projects supervisor.
Head of Operations
Amir holds vast experience in the automotive and telematics industries, serving in leadership roles at EDT for more than two decades, where he was Software Leader, responsible for vehicle unit firmware and DB client applications, and later appointed CEO after the company was selected to be a tier 1 supplier for GM in South America. Amir has also cemented various business opportunities for EDT, including exclusive agreements with UN peacekeeping missions and related entities worldwide, providing tens of thousands of unique telematics units for over a decade.
Amir holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, majoring in Marketing, and a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Eitan is a global expert in corporate development, M&A lifecycle management, and strategic planning. His experience spans diverse industries, geographies, and cultures, including a tenure at Gett’ (previously GetTaxi) where he managed the company's mergers and acquisitions alongside post merger integration, while leading the company’s business development initiatives and partnerships in the autonomous vehicles ecosystem. He also managed Gett’s UK operations during the merging of Radio Taxi with Gett UK. Eitan was also the founder and manager of two strategic planning consultancies for over a decade.
Eitan holds an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University, majoring in Strategy and Finance, an MA in Public Administration from Bar-Ilan University, and a BA in Human Resources Management from Ben Gurion University of the Negev. He co-authored the book Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions (Wiley Finance).
VP Product and R&D
Yagil is a highly experience technology and product leader, with over two decades in multiple industries. He was VP Products at Igentify, developers of novel genomic solutions, R&D Group Manager and Program Director at Lumenis, Program Director at Applied Spectral Imaging, and Program manager at Philips Healthcare (PHG).
Yagil holds an MBA from Haifa University, and a BSc in Computer Sciences from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
